The Integrated Command Platform for Public Security Traffic serves as the core platform in the Ministry of Public Security's "three-in-one" road traffic safety prevention and control system. Since its nationwide rollout in 2016, the platform has been developed in accordance with the implementation plan set forth by the Ministry and tailored to the local business needs of provincial and municipal traffic management departments. The Dedicated Network Version acts as an extension of the core Integrated Command Platform. Deployed on a dedicated video network, it integrates with the command platform within the public security network, creating a "dual-network, dual-platform" technical architecture. This setup handles structured information processing and analysis within the public security intranet, while non-structured information processing, such as image handling and equipment maintenance, occurs on the dedicated video network.
Key Functions: Serves as an extension and supplement to the core Integrated Command Platform for Public Security Traffic, which is promoted uniformly by the Ministry of Public Security. Combines with the command platform on the public security network to establish a dual-network, dual-platform architecture. Facilitates the processing of structured information and analysis on the public security intranet. Handles non-structured information processing and equipment maintenance on the dedicated video network.
