Product Overview:
The system consists of a VOCs monitoring subsystem, a particulate matter monitoring subsystem, a flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and a data acquisition and control system.
Using on-site sampling methods, it measures the concentrations of VOCs and particulate matter in flue gas. Additionally, it directly measures parameters such as gas temperature, pressure, flow rate, and humidity. This data is sent to the data acquisition and processing system to calculate the emission rates and volumes of pollutants, displaying and printing various parameters and charts. Data can be transmitted via wired or wireless connections to the enterprise pollution source monitoring center and environmental authorities.
System Components:
VOCs Monitoring Subsystem
Particulate Matter Monitoring Subsystem
Flue Gas Parameter Measurement Subsystem
Data Acquisition and Processing Unit
Control Subsystem
Measurement Principle:
The system employs dual-column chromatography to analyze non-methane total hydrocarbons and aromatic compounds. The sample gas is collected using dual sampling loops and simultaneously injected into both the total hydrocarbon analysis column and the methane-aromatic compound analysis column. The total hydrocarbon column measures total hydrocarbons (THC), while the methane is filtered out, resulting in non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC) calculated as NMHC = THC - CH₄. Characteristic pollutants are separated through the columns in a time-sequenced manner and enter the Flame Ionization Detector (FID), generating signals that are converted into the concentrations of various characteristic pollutants.
System Features:
High-Temperature Sampling
Utilizes EPA-recommended high-temperature sampling technology to prevent the condensation of organic compounds and moisture, accurately reflecting the concentration of the measured substances.
Fast and Sensitive
Incorporates two-dimensional chromatography and a miniaturized Flame Ionization Detector (FID) to achieve high sensitivity in the identification of organic compounds.
Stable and Reliable
Sample lines use low-adsorption, corrosion-resistant materials. EPC control technology ensures reliable instrument operation.
Intelligent and User-Friendly
The system can perform automatic calibration and full-scale testing regularly. It features a user-friendly interface with touch screen operation, and an integrated intelligent software system that automates all maintenance and diagnostic functions.
Versatile Qualitative Analysis
Capable of qualitative measurement and analysis of unknown substances, the system can simultaneously measure and analyze dozens of substances and can be flexibly configured based on the gas factors from pollution sources
